Refuse to change the Euro on rubles at reason one with writing figures 62 and other little dirty

27 of May 2017 at 15 o'clock I wanted to change some money from Euro on rubles and put deposit in office of Trust bank on at 1-ya Tverskaya-Yamskaya, d. 13, p. 1 Moscow. Bank employee (teller) refused to change the Euro on rubles at reason one with writing figures 62 and other little dirty. i changed 2 banknote of 50 Euro on other banknote of 50 Euro what i had in my pocket. but teller wanted to change and other money. i refused to change and asked money back and asked to see director of bank but there is not director at this day. i don't accept this bad games and didn't have time to do something more because i will return to my country on monday morning. After this experience in your bank I have the worst opinion about this Trust bank and I ask the punishment of Teller of this office because she didn't check my money on special machine if was real or fake money.
